Please join us as we give thanks to God for Bruce and Michele and farewell them from St John’s.

Sunday 19 July, 2:00pm

Lunch from 12:30pm

You are welcome to come early and share lunch together in the Parish Hall before the service.

You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or pre-order a bento-style lunchbox for $15pp. Each lunchbox includes rice with stir-fry and a can of drink. Please bring a picnic rug if you would like to sit on the lawn. Limited chairs will be available.

Bento box options:

  • Braised Beef Brisket with White Radish
  • Japanese-Styled Curry Chicken
  • Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs
  • Vegetable Stir Fry (Vegetarian)

Farewell service at 2pm in the Cathedral

This will be our official parish farewell for Bruce and Michele, with thanksgiving, prayer and formal words of farewell.

Afternoon tea after the service

Please stay afterwards for tea, coffee and cake.

Please RSVP to help us plan seating and afternoon tea. You can also order lunchboxes through the same form.
