Join us this Easter at St John's!

Join us in celebrating the joy and significance of Easter at St John's Cathedral. This year, we have special Good Friday and Easter Sunday services available in English, Chinese, and Persian.

Good Friday

  • English: 
    • 8am - traditional service in the Cathedral
    • 10am - contemporary service with kids' talk in the Cathedral
  • Persian: 9:30am - Marsden Hall
  • Chinese: 11am - combined Chinese service in the Parish Hall
  • Kids and teens join their parents (no separate program)

Easter Sunday

  • English: 
    • 8am, 9:30am & 11am - Cathedral
    • 4pm & 5:30pm - Parish Hall
  • Cantonese: 9:15am - Parish Hall
  • Mandarin: 11am - Parish Hall
  • Persian: 9:30am - Marsden Hall
  • Kids and teens join their parents (no separate program)

Parking over Easter

To ensure the safety of the large number of people we’re expecting, no parking will be available on church grounds for our daytime Easter services. However, limited parking will be available for the Easter Sunday 4pm and 5:30pm services.

  • Good Friday
    • To help keep everyone safe, there will be no parking on church grounds
    • Limited disabled parking available at 45 Hunter Street
    • Westfield carpark closed and no free street parking in Parramatta
    • Justice Precinct carpark: $6.50 for 1–2 hours or $10 for 2–3 hours
    • If you’re able, please consider using public transport or carpooling
  • Easter Sunday
    • To help keep everyone safe, there will be no parking on church grounds in the morning
    • Limited onsite parking for our 4pm and 5:30pm services
    • Westfield carpark closed
    • Justice Precinct carpark: FREE for up to 4 hours
    • Limited disabled parking available at 45 Hunter Street
